All returns must be pre-authorized by the us . Please contact us for a Return Request. All unauthorized returns shipped to us will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please be advised that we do NOT guarantee delivery on or before any specific date and thus if you are planning to order an item for specific dates, please contact us and enquire as to the in stock status of a particular item. All returns authorized by us are subject to inspection to insure that the item is unworn and unused. All P&P are non-refundable, and items purchased from free P&P listing will be charged £0.99 returns fee.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The buyer needs to pay for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new item, if the return is a result of the buyer error (ordered an incorrect size or color, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Any claims for goods, damaged or lost during transit, must be made within 48 hours. In the event of this occuring please email us with full details.
